All orders sent from GMD Activerwear are sent via a traceable courier or Australia Post. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your parcel. Be sure to check spam/junk!

Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.00am - 2:00pm AEST. Please allow up to 24 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.

Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day. 

If your order is in stock & placed before 2pm, we usually ship same day. If your item is not in stock, you will be contacted to notify of any delays.

Yes, we currently ship worldwide! Be sure to contact your local customs agency to check on any import taxes and duties prior to placing your order.

International orders could incur import duties and taxes, which are payable by you, the customer.

If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your order, we highly recommend you get in touch with your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.

Unfortunately if you notify us about this after the parcel has already left our warehouse there is not too much we can do. Please get into contact with Australia Post customer service immediately on 137678 so that they can attempt to re-direct your parcel. We will attempt to aid the situation, however it is not always possible.

Yes of course, if you are local and would like to collect your order please select "IN STORE PICK UP" from the shipping menu upon checkout. 

We are located in Gumdale 4154, Brisbane (QLD).

Once your order has been processed, and is ready for collection we will email you with collection details. Please do not try to collect your order prior to being contacted, as it may not be ready yet!

ORDER & PAYMENTS FAQ

Online Order: To place an order online, simply click on or hover over the "SHOP" tab on the homepage. This will show you all the different types of categories of items you can purchase. Once you have found an item you love, press "add to cart". At the top of the page, you will see a small basket icon, click on this to view or change your cart. From this page you will be able to proceed to the checkout where you will select shipping details/ payment details / order notes etc. 

Purchase in store: To place an order in store, simply come to the GMD office between 9am - pm Monday to Friday to try on & purchase any of our products. We have eftpos facilities & cash available in store. If you are looking for a specific item or club uniforms, please give us a call so that we can check our stock (in case we are out of stock) or have it ready for you when you get here.

We endeavour to have all orders packed & shipped ASAP, so it will depend on the status of your order at the time of inquiry.

If you order has already been shipped, personalised, packed or processed we will unable to cancel/change it.

Yes, subject to availability/stock levels we are happy to offer an exchange on eligible items with 14 days of delivery. Sale items are only available for exchange/refund if deemed faulty. View the returns policy for more information.

Congratulations on your gift card, happy shopping! 

To redeem your gift card, simply enter the gift card code that is provided upon purchase into the "redeem gift card" section upon checkout, when choosing your payment method. Alternatively, you can use these in store or over the phone. Once code has been entered, the total amount on the order will automatically adjust itself.

1. Visit the "Club uniforms" tab on the homepage main menu

2. Click "shop your uniforms" 

3.Select your club from the drop down list (you may need to scroll down to find your club)

 

4. Once selecting your club from the list, you will now be able to access your club's uniforms. Purchase your desired uniforms as you normally would (select item, add to cart, checkout securely)
