HOW TO MEASURE:
If your measurement contains a partial cm, always round up to the next full cm.
With a measuring tape measure the gymnast at the below areas:
The most important measurement is the torso. Place tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, down through the legs, back up around the back to meet the same shoulder.
Place tape close to armpits, measure around the chest at the fullest part.
Place the tape at the narrowest part of the body (at navel) and measure all the way around.
Measure around the fullest part of buttocks.
Inside leg :
Place tape measure at the top of the groin and down to the floor
