Design: A design fee of $120.00 is involved to get your new design up & running. We can create a gorgeous new design per your requests or change one of our stock leotards to suit your club colours. Design fee includes 3 minor revisions.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

- Custom design leotards MOQ: 5pc total per order, per style.

- Catalogue styles MOQ: have a 1pc MOQ 1pc MOQ per order, per style.

Turnaround Time: We can have your team leotards ready to go within 8-10 weeks depending on ordering style. Re-orders may be ready to ship sooner.

Option 1: Club Order

  • Your club places a bulk order directly with GMD via email
  • Payment: 50% deposit to secure the order, balance due before shipping final goods
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 5 pieces total
  • Turnaround time: 8 weeks
  • Shipped directly to the club

Option 2: Individual Orders

  • Club members order directly from GMD during a 1-week ordering period (you choose the date & let us know)
  • MOQ: 5 pieces (if below, the club covers the difference)
  • Turnaround time: 10 weeks
  • Shipped to each member’s chosen address
  • Involves a $120.00 club uniform webstore set up fee
  • Please note that orders must be placed within the designated ordering period, as late orders cannot be accommodated.
