PROCESSING TIMES BEFORE SHIPPING:
Stock Orders: We generally say to allow 4 business days for all stock orders to be processed. This allows for any out of stock items to be ordered in & printed up per order. While we work our absolute hardest to get all orders out ASAP, It is always better to get in early, as we cannot always guarantee a same day delivery.
Custom Made Orders: May incur a 10-15 business day turn around time, depending on stock levels, nature of job, printing styles & specific products. Please inquire for rough timeframes.
Club Uniforms: We generally say to allow 4-7 business days for processing & dispatch of club uniform orders. While we do try to hold stock at all times of all items, during peak seasons/ approaching events, we may have to order more stock in due to large influxes of orders at one time. If you have any questions, or a specific event coming up you are unsure about, please contact us immediately to discuss.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM GMD ACTIVEWEAR?
Yes of course! You are more than welcome to come and collect your order from the GMD warehouse located in Gumdale Brisbane, 4154. If you select "in store pick up" from the shipping menu upon checkout, you will not be charged a shipping fee. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection with all the details of where to collect from. Please do not attempt to collect an order before you have been notified, as it may not be ready yet!
Free standard international & domestic shipping is offered on all orders that total $200 + and will be shown as an option upon checkout if eligible. Total order must total $200 on products only, shipping price added on top to make order equal $200 are not eligible.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
It is best to check delivery estimates directly with the shipping companies, as they can provide delivery estimates more accurate at a live update than we are able to. If located within the Australia Post Guaranteed Express Post Network, your order should be delivered within 1-2 business days. If you have chosen express postage however you are located outside of the Australia Post Guaranteed Express Post Network, this may take an extra amount of days and can not be predicted by GMD Activewear Australia. And remember, the postie doesn't work on weekends! All items purchased via GMD Activewear Australia Pty Ltd are done so at the risk of the customer, if any items are delivered late, damaged or are lost- GMD Activewear Australia are unable to accept responsibility of this.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
Yes, all parcels are sent via registered Australia Post eParcel, to ensure the absolute safety & location of your parcel. This helps to ensure that you are the one to receive your parcel, and not someone else. You can however request that your parcel not require a signature on delivery, simply by writing "Leave at front door" or "Authority to leave" in the order comments upon checkout (or wherever you would like it left). This will make your parcel eligible to be left at your chosen location. Any items delivered without a signature unfortunately are deemed as "delivered" and are unable to be tracked once left. GMD takes no responsibility for any parcels that have requested to be left on premises without a signature.
WHERE IS THE GMD WAREHOUSE LOCATED?
The GMD Activewear Australia warehouse is located in Gumdale, QLD 4154 in Australia. All products purchased via www.gmdirect.com.au will be shipped directly from the Brisbane warehouse.
GMD Activewear use many different shipping carriers to deliver your awesome new items to you. In certain cases, we may change the shipping carrier to ensure your goods are received in the best way possible & are safe and sound. Generally all parcels are sent via Australia post, however you may receive a few options upon checkout if delivering to an eligible area. The following carriers are used:

I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY!
Please check ALL details before placing your order, as once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to change the delivery address or have it re-directed. We can attempt to aid in certain situations, however we suggest to contact the shipping company directly, as they can give more insight into the matter. GMD take no responsibility for incorrectly addressed orders or lost/ damaged orders.
