🛒WHEN DO PRE-ORDERS OPEN & CLOSE?
Pre-orders open 28th April 2026
 Pre-orders close 28th May 2026 @ 4PM AEST
Orders will not be accepted after this date.

⏳ CAN I PLACE A PRE-ORDER AFTER THE CLOSING DATE?
No, once pre-orders close, they are final.
After this, you can only purchase from available stock at the event.

Why?
 Our team begins finalising all orders straight after the cut-off, including checking, packing and loading everything for transport to Tamworth.

👉 As we travel from Brisbane by road prior to the event, all orders must be packed and ready to go before we arrive, so we’re unable to accept or produce any additional orders after this date.

📦 CAN I BUY MERCH AT THE EVENT?
Yes, we’ll have merch available at the event.
However, it is first in, best dressed and stock is not guaranteed.
👉If you don’t want to miss out, we highly recommend pre-ordering.

🎟️ WILL THERE BE GOLDEN TICKETS THIS YEAR?
YES!!! 👀✨
There will be 10 Golden Tickets up for grabs at CCC 2026.

📏 WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our hoodies are an oversized fit.
👉 We recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
We also have a model size comparison video showing the main event items to help you choose the best fit.

T-Shirts:
 Our tees are a standard fit and are the same style and sizing as the 2025 Tamworth Country Capital Cup Tees.
👉 If you purchased one last year, we recommend sticking with the same size.

💡 NOT SURE ON SIZING?
We recommend ordering your item with a plain back, and purchasing your sequin name separately.
👉 Try your item on at the event first, and once your size is confirmed, we can add your name on the spot.
This helps avoid sizing issues on personalised items, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

✨ CAN I ADD MY NAME TO MY HOODIE?
Yes! You can add your name in holographic mint sequin lettering for $10 extra.
Max 10 characters
Letters only (no numbers, symbols or emojis)
Longer names will appear smaller

⚠️ CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONALISATION AFTER ORDERING?
Unfortunately not- please double check your spelling before placing your order.
Personalised items cannot be changed, refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

❌ CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We’re unable to guarantee changes once your order is placed.
This includes:
Adding or removing items
Changing sizes
Updating names or personalisation
Changing shipping or collection method
Our team processes a high volume of orders, so changes can cause delays or errors.

🚚 HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You have two options at checkout:
Shipping to your address (standard or express)
Event Collection (FREE) – collect at the CCC event
👉 Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD (within Australia)

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online:
 Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Afterpay ($100 min)
At Event:
 EFTPOS + Cash

🛍️ WHAT ARE THE GMD STALL HOURS AT THE EVENT?
Our team will be set up and ready to go each morning of the event (please allow approx. 30 minutes for setup once we arrive — we know you’re excited!)
We pack up and leave the venue daily at the crossover of the final sessions.

👉We are not present after the last session finishes, so please plan to collect your order earlier in the day or arrange for a friend to collect on your behalf.
Our team is there bright and early each day, they definitely need a little rest by the end 😅

🚫 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Personalised items: No returns or exchanges (unless faulty)
Non-personalised items: Standard returns policy applies

🔁 WILL THERE BE POST-EVENT SALES OR RESTOCKS?
Yes, any leftover stock will be uploaded online the week after the event, once our team has returned to Brisbane and completed a stocktake.

Please note:
Some items are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out (including 2026 event pins and Navy Luxe Racer Back singlets)
Hoodie and tee re-releases will depend on availability and demand
