The GMD Activewear Australia warehouse is located in Gumdale, QLD 4154 in Australia. 

All products purchased via www.gmdirect.com.au will be shipped directly from the Brisbane warehouse. 

Please check ALL details before placing your order, as once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to change the delivery address or have it re-directed. We can attempt to aid in certain situations, however we suggest to contact the shipping company directly, as they can give more insight into the matter. GMD take no responsibility for incorrectly addressed orders or lost/ damaged orders.

Yes of course! You are more than welcome to come and collect your order from the GMD warehouse located in Brisbane. If you select "in store pick up" from the shipping menu upon checkout, you will not be charged a shipping fee. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection with all the details of where to collect from. Please do not attempt to collect an order before you have been notified, as it may not be ready yet! 

We are happy to provide an exchange on sizes for stock items. We understand that sometimes the fit just isn't quite right, and will happily exchange the size of your items if it has not been worn/ altered and still has tags attached with original packaging. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange/ refund any personalised items, as they have been created specifically for you and can not be re-sold. Please check all spelling & sizing before making your purchase.

 Please contact us to arrange an exchange (07) 3245 2813 / admin@gmdirect.com.au. GMD Activewear Australia reserve the right to refuse an exchange on any items that do not fit the above exchange criteria.  

Please note: for health & sanitary reasons, we are unable to exchange/ refund / return any undergarments or stockings.

We can attempt to help you out with previous sizes, that is not a problem at all!- Please contact us to see if we still have previous order sizes & colours on file for you.
