GMD Black Friday Sale 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Sale Duration

  • The Black Friday Sale runs from midnight, 11th November 2025 to midnight, 21st November 2025 (AEST).

  • Any orders placed outside of this period will not receive the Black Friday sale pricing. Requests to adjust orders placed before or after the sale period will not be honoured.

  • All offers are subject to availability and may end early if stock runs out.

2. Eligible Products

  • The sale applies to selected products only. Not all products on the GMD Activewear website are included.

  • Non-GMD brand items, including but not limited to DRYbands, Reisport, Bailie, Capezio, Bunheads, US GLove, Guards, and similar, are not included in this sale.

  • Discounts vary by product and may not be the same for all items.

3. Discounts and Promotions

  • Sale prices, discounts, and free gifts are only valid during the promotion period stated. Orders placed outside the sale window will not be credited.

  • Free gift promotions are limited to the quantities specified (e.g., first 50 orders, or minimum spend requirements), while stocks last.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty points, unless explicitly stated.

  • Wholesale purchasing/ discounts is not included in the black friday sale, and may be paused during the promotion.
  • Collectable Pins Bulk Discount Tier (Buy 5, get 1 extra free) is not eligible/active during the black friday sale event.

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be used to purchase sale items.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable or transferrable for cash.

5. Sale Items / Final Sale

  • Items that are already on sale before the Black Friday Sale, receive an additional discount during the promotion, or are purchased as part of a bundle are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • All other black friday sale items follow our standard returns and exchanges policy.

6. Returns

  • Usual returns policy applies: no returns on final sale/clearance items, stockings, undergarments, body glue, hygiene-sensitive items, personalised items, made-to-order club leotards etc.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags/packaging.

7. Stock Availability

  • Offers are subject to stock availability. GMD Activewear is not responsible for items that sell out before purchase.

8. Dispatch & Order Accuracy

  • Dispatch may be slightly delayed during the sale period due to high order volumes.

  • GMD Activewear will work as quickly as possible to process and dispatch all orders.

  • Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes, including to product selection, sizes, quantities, spelling, or personalised details.

  • Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully, including spelling for personalised items, before completing their purchase.

  • Standard shipping times apply unless stated otherwise.

9. Changes and Cancellations

  • GMD Activewear reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

10. Miscellaneous

  • GMD Activewear is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or misprints in promotional material.

  • GMD is not responsible for any personalisation mis-spellings made by the customer.
