The RKO Double Buckle Grip

• Built for gymnasts with wide or square palms, offering excellent protection and grip on the bar.
• Ideal for gymnasts training extensively on uneven bars, from beginners to Elite levels.
• A robust design perfect for experienced or older gymnasts.

Grip Sizing and Recommendations

• Wristbands: We recommend using Large 4" wristbands with these grips for added comfort and support
• Sizing: US Glove sizing varies by grip style.
  • To order Ladies Integrity (RKO) Grips, measure from your wrist to the tip of your middle finger (in inches) and refer to the sizing chart above.
  • If your measurement falls between sizes, always choose the smaller size.

Grip Care and Replacement

• Grips stretch and wear with use. Leather is a natural product that may degrade over time.
• Replace grips approximately every 6 months or sooner if you notice any signs of damage.

Fabric Care

To keep your garments looking their best for as long as possible, please follow the below care instructions.

General Care Instructions

• Cold gentle machine wash
• Wash garments inside out
• Wash competition leotards separately
• Use a delicates/bra bag where possible, especially for competition leotards
• Remove immediately after washing
• Line dry in shade

Do Not:

• Soak garments
• Use bleach, harsh detergents or fabric softener
• Tumble dry
• Iron
• Dry clean
• Wring garments
• Leave garments wet for extended periods
• Leave garments soiled (sweat, deoderant, chalk), especially competition leotards

These can damage fabrics, prints, foiling, rhinestones and garment elasticity or cause colour transfer.

Additional Notes

• Printed garments should not be ironed directly over prints or heat transfers.
• Forme Butter garments should be hung to dry immediately after washing to avoid possible colour transfer.
• Sublimated garments are designed to resist cracking and peeling, however proper care is still required to maximise garment life.

All garments will naturally experience wear over time with regular use. Following the above care instructions will help maximise the lifespan and appearance of your items.
