• Available in sizes to accommodate beginner through Elite and level gymnasts, the RKO Double Buckle grip is the perfect choice for gymnasts spending a lot of time training on the uneven bars, as well as experienced or older gymnasts.

We recommend the use of wristbands with these hand grips. US Glove sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To order Ladies Integrity (RKO) Grips, take a measurement, in inches, from the wrist to tip of the middle finger and refer to our sizing chart. *Grips will stretch and wear with use. Leather is a natural product that can degrade over time. Grips should be replaced after approximately 6-12 months depending on use, or with any signs of damage.  Please see our FAQs page for more info.

Fabric Care

To keep your garments looking their best for as long as possible, please follow the below care instructions.

General Care Instructions

• Cold gentle machine wash
• Wash garments inside out
• Wash competition leotards separately
• Use a delicates/bra bag where possible, especially for competition leotards
• Remove immediately after washing
• Line dry in shade

Do Not:

• Soak garments
• Use bleach, harsh detergents or fabric softener
• Tumble dry
• Iron
• Dry clean
• Wring garments
• Leave garments wet for extended periods
• Leave garments soiled (sweat, deoderant, chalk), especially competition leotards

These can damage fabrics, prints, foiling, rhinestones and garment elasticity or cause colour transfer.

Additional Notes

• Printed garments should not be ironed directly over prints or heat transfers.
• Forme Butter garments should be hung to dry immediately after washing to avoid possible colour transfer.
• Sublimated garments are designed to resist cracking and peeling, however proper care is still required to maximise garment life.
