We’re currently waiting on international customs clearance, which can affect final delivery timelines into Australia. • Small leather-wrapped dowel for use on uneven bars

• Use large toweling wristbands (4.5") to prevent rubbing or blisters

How to measure:
Measure from the base of your palm (where wrist begins to crease) to the tip of your longest finger, then compare to the size chart below.

Guard Replacement

• Replace guards annually or at the first sign of wear or tear
• Stop using immediately if a tear appears
• More frequent replacement may be needed for advanced gymnasts or high training volumes
• This helps ensure maximum safety and performance on bars

Before Use

• Check with your coach to confirm correct size
• Guards that are named, worn, or marked cannot be returned or exchanged

Resizing Finger Holes

• Do not cut the dowel - this can cause injury
• Avoid water exposure (can harden and weaken leather)
• If holes feel tight, gently enlarge with fine emery paper under the supervision of your coach - never with scissors or knives. Only after size has been confirmed correct.
• Avoid over-sizing holes to prevent slipping during use
